About
I earned a PhD in International Law from the University of Padova, Italy, in 2003. I am currently an Associate Professor of International Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ferrara, Italy. The focus of my research work is on Private International Law and Transnational Litigation. Issues regarding jurisdiction and conflict of laws in respect of contractual and non-contractual obligations are among the topics I have been dealing with more extensively.
